Call Resolution Steps

  1. Listen without interrupting
  2. Confirm what the issue is
  3. Empathize with the Crewmember
  4. Detail your plan to fix the situation and verify the crewmember understands
  5. Outline a timeframe
  6. Verify the issue has been addressed
  7. Thank them by name / end on a positive note
