Fatigue

Pilot

Frontier Airlines will remove a Pilot from a flight duty period if the Pilot has reported for that flight duty

period too fatigued to safely perform his or her assigned duties. The Pilot will be assigned to rest for

a minimum of 10 hours and then be re-evaluated to determine whether that Pilot can safely perform

assigned duties. §117.5

If a Pilot reports that during a flight duty period he or she is too fatigued to safely continue the assigned

flight duty period, that Pilot will be removed from duty and assigned to rest for a minimum of 10 hours.

§117.5

If they have a multiday pairing, we should attempt to rejoin them after rest.

Long call Pilots

If they call out FAT, they are put back on long call wih a sliver of NSO. This is considered giving 10h of rest because any new trips assigned would have the 12h callout.

Any further rest would be an additional rest request. If this is the case, the additional rest request can be included in the FAT email eliminating the need for a second additional rest request email.
