Choosing between REA/REB

If the trip callout can be made after 1100, assign to REB.

Exceptions to this rule: If a trip can be assigned to an REA or REB, look at buckets, then hours

Ready Reserve

When assigning trips to a ready reserve, complete the following steps:

1. Add RSA/RSB/RSC/RSD leg. (After NTR if there is an NTR)
2. For that leg, the Dept time is when their reserve period started.
3. Arrv is when we called them to operate that flight.
4. Credit is (Dept + Arrv) / 2. (Just like how ready reserves are worth half of the time they sit for unless that time is 8hrs)
